Pennoweth Primary & Nursery School
As part of the Education Funding Agency (EFA) programme, Method Consulting are supporting on the delivery of a number of new schools and school expansions across Cornwall.
This project consists of a new single storey 500m2 classroom teaching block extension comprising 4 new classrooms, a hall, office and storage space, linking to the existing school block via a new main school entrance lobby.
An existing school classroom has been refurbished and repurposed to provide a specialist practical classroom for use by all the pupils.
The extension ran over a number of existing buried services as well as services entry points to the front of the school, so a large tranche of diversion works was required to divert services and amend the services entry points to the school.
