Refurbishment and extension of this
1960’s 4 storey, purpose built office in Clifton, Bristol.

The project retains the character of the original 1960s structure while upgrading it to meet modern standards. A new enlarged reception area will be created and new enhanced cycle storage, showers and changing facilities provided in the basement. The building will be re-fitted with modern flexible building services systems including mechanical ventilation, VRF heat pump heating & cooling and exposed services within tenanted areas. 

The building is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, EPC A, and RESET accreditation.
