Method Consulting is committed to preventing modern slavery and child labour in all its forms within our business and supply chains. This policy outlines our stance against modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and child labour, in line with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and international human rights standards.

Purpose

This policy aims to:

  • Ensure compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
  • Prevent and eliminate modern slavery, human trafficking, and child labour within our business operations and supply chains.
  • Promote ethical business practices and human rights.

Scope

This policy applies to:

  •  All employees of Method Consulting.
  •  Suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners.

Our Commitment

  •  Conducting due diligence on suppliers and business partners.
  • Implementing policies and procedures to identify and mitigate risks related to modern slavery and child labour.
  • Training employees on recognising and reporting modern slavery and child labour.
  • Providing safe and fair working conditions for all employees.

  • Modern Slavery: Includes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking.

Method Consulting will:

  • Conduct risk assessments of suppliers and contractors.
  • Implement supplier due diligence and contractual obligations to prevent modern slavery.
  • Provide training for employees on identifying and reporting concerns.
  • Report and address any instances of non‐compliance.

Employee Responsibilities

Employees must:

  • Report any suspected cases of modern slavery or child labour.
  • Complete training on ethical labour practices.
  • Ensure business practices align with this policy.

Supplier and Contractor Expectations

All suppliers and contractors must:

  • Adhere to all applicable laws regarding wages, working conditions, and child labour.
  •  Implement policies preventing forced labour and human trafficking.
  • Allow audits and provide transparency regarding working conditions.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Employees and stakeholders can report concerns confidentially via [reporting mechanism, e.g., email, whistleblower hotline].
  • All reports will be investigated, and necessary action will be taken.
  • Non‐compliance may result in termination of business relationships and legal action.

Monitoring and Review

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
