Redevelopment of the Treglos Hotel Site into high-end apartments and contemporary houses
The former Treglos Hotel in Constantine Bay, near Padstow, has been redeveloped by Acorn Blue into a high-end coastal scheme comprising 20 luxury apartments—including duplexes and penthouses—and eight contemporary houses. Designed to complement its Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty setting, the development features sustainable heating via a communal ground source heat pump (GSHP) borehole array with individual GSHP units. Each property benefits from individual metering and billing, ensuring residents are charged based on their own energy consumption.
