Redevelopment of the old Trinity Road Police Station with construction of 104 new homes.
The Guinness Partnership, in collaboration with The Hill Group, is leading the project, which will include three new-build residential apartment blocks with a total of 104, 1-3 bed apartments, a small commercial unit on the first floor of Block C (140m2), and a small non-residential integrated police facility on the ground floor at the base of Block C.
All of the three new-build residential apartment blocks will be serviced by district heating with solar photovoltaics (PV) to achieve the 20% reduction in emissions through renewables requirement.
This initiative is part of a broader effort to increase affordable housing in Bristol.
